We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • be in its original condition
  • have all original tags attached
  • be returned in its original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival:

  • underwear
  • swimwear
  • bodysuits
  • socks
  • accessories
  • final sale items
  • gift cards
  • customized or personalized items

For hygiene reasons, some close-fitting garments cannot be returned.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us within the return period by email and include:

  • your order number
  • the item(s) you wish to return
  • the reason for the return
  • photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or return shipping assistance.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • the refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • refunds are usually processed within 5-10 business days
  • your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction

If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, we reserve the right to reject the refund or issue a partial refund where appropriate.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item
  • photos of the packaging
  • a brief description of the problem

We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

7. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item if eligible and placing a new order.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time, please:

  • check your bank account again
  • contact your credit card company or payment provider
  • contact your bank, as processing times may vary

If you still have not received your refund after taking these steps, please contact us by email.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If eligible, you may request a return after receiving the item.

10. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused or left unclaimed and is returned to us, we may deduct any return shipping fees, customs charges, or handling costs from your refund where applicable.
